I Finally Hit 70kg(154lb) on Hip Thrusts!

Hey guys! Just wanted to share a quick fitness win 😊

I've been doing personal training once or twice a week lately, mostly focusing on strength training. And this week... I finally hit 70kg(154lb) on my hip thrusts! 🎉




It took some time to get here, but I’m really happy with the progress. Hip thrusts have been one of those exercises that I’ve slowly been getting better at, and it feels so good to see the numbers go up.

I know 70kg(154lb) isn’t a huge number for some people, but for me, it’s a big deal—and it motivates me to keep going. One session at a time, one rep at a time 💪


Can’t wait to see what’s next!
