[ Regarding sending cryptocurrency ]

1. You can send directly from an exchange or your personal wallet.
2. All cryptocurrency payments are calculated based on the JPY rate, but the price may be adjusted if the rate changes.
3. The network fee (gas fee) at the time of sending will be borne by the customer.

[ When the remittance process is complete ]

1. It is OK if the status is displayed as "Success", "Complete", "Approved", etc. on the screen where you sent the money.
2. Please send a screenshot or show the screen to the reception staff for confirmation.
3. If the remittance destination and amount are correct, the remittance will be completed.

Before making the remittance process, please check that the type of cryptocurrency and the type of network in ( ) are the same. If you remit using a different network, the remittance may not be sent to the specified destination and your crypto assets may be lost. When sending BTC (Bitcoin) via an exchange, the transfer process may take more than 20 minutes depending on your internet connection and the volume of transactions.
