Long time no see ☺️

I’ve decided to return to THC.


Things have finally settled down with my main job,

and I felt this was the right time to fully focus and try again.


I’m restarting from the Silver class this time.

I’d be lying if I said it didn’t sting a little,

but more than that, I truly want to give it my best here again 🌿


I’ll move forward at my own pace,

taking things step by step and growing from here.


It’s been a while, so I’m a bit nervous,

Lately, I’ve been so busy with the kids’ lessons that I haven’t been able to come to work much…

But I heard that someone reached out with an inquiry and even made a reservation for me. 🥹

It really means so much to me, and I’m filled with gratitude.


Even if I can’t be around often, knowing that you think of me and want to see me gives me so much strength.

Autumn Breeze & My Update

I’m sorry I haven’t been able to come to work for a while 💦

Lately, I’ve been busy teaching kids how to bake bread and cakes. Every child has their own personality, and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but when they succeed, their smiles are so bright and it really gives me energy too.


Before I knew it, summer had already passed, and this morning the breeze felt so refreshing—it truly felt like autumn 🍂

I’m doing well, so please don’t worry about me.

I’ll be so happy when I can see everyone again 💗

Sunflowers, Kids, and a Little Bit of THC

It’s been a while since my last diary update!🌻

Recently, I’ve been working as a kids’ food education teacher, helping children learn about healthy eating.

There are all kinds of kids in my classes, so it can be a bit challenging—but also really rewarding and full of surprises every day✨



During summer break, I had fun visiting a sunflower field and spending time at a farm. Nature always fills my heart with peace☀️🐄🌻


I haven’t been able to work at THC much lately,

but I’ll be available on the 27th for returning guests only.

I still hope to show up every now and then when I can,

so please come say hi when I’m around💕

Dreams are starting to come true…✨

Guess what…

I passed the instructor exam!! 🎉

Honestly, I was sure I had failed, so when I saw the result, my mind went completely blank…

It still doesn’t feel real 🥹


And on top of that, I might be starting training to open my own bakery or pastry shop—

which has always been one of my biggest dreams!

Because of that, I won’t be able to work at THC as often anymore💦

German Bread & a Big Challenge Ahead

The other day, one of my favorite regulars came to visit me again 💗

To say thank you, I challenged myself to bake German bread just for him!

It was my first time trying that style—hearty, crusty, and full of flavor.


Actually… I have some big news!

I’ve been offered a chance to become a bread instructor, and my exam is coming up soon.

So lately I’ve been super focused on studying and baking practice,

and I might not be able to come to work as often for a little while💦


But I’m doing my best with all my heart!

And when I do see you again, I’ll be even more confident—with flour on my hands and love in my heart❤️lol

I kept falling off the course… but it was still super fun!!

🌸A Summer Stroll at the Morning Glory Festival🌸

The other day, I visited a local Asagao Matsuri — a morning glory festival in full bloom✨

The rows of colorful morning glories were absolutely beautiful, like a soft watercolor painting come to life💐


I didn’t end up buying a potted plant (they were surprisingly heavy!),

but I did treat myself to a bottle of ramune from a festival stand 🍹💙

The fizzy sweetness and that signature marble pop totally lifted my mood!


With the summer breeze and the sounds of the festival,

I felt a wave of nostalgic happiness wash over me🌿

I passed my Bread License exam with a perfect score! I’m so happy and proud of myself.




But actually… I’m not feeling my best right now because of my period and not-so-great health.

So my next shift will be on July 3rd. I’m sorry for the wait, and I’ll be back with lots of energy! 💖
