Happy New Year!I hope this year brings something beautiful to each and every one of you.Hello, this is Shizuku.In Japan, the New Year holidays are considered very sacred, and they are the longest break of the year.Most people start their holidays right after Christmas, return to their hometowns, and spend time with their families.I still had my main work, so I’ve been balancing that while now enjoying some time with my family.How was 2025 for you?For me, it was a year full of experiences. I did so many things.I went to a school in Hokkaido to study English, and I even visited my favorite Studio Ghibli’s Ghibli Park twice.I was able to focus on my main job, and I also improved a lot at my hobby — doing my own nails.And honestly, the reason I can enjoy all of these things is because you come to see me.Thank you so much for giving me so many experiences.Having a place to work and people who choose me — I truly feel grateful for that.Of course, with many encounters come goodbyes, and sometimes I even argue with guests.That’s partly because I have a strong personality… 😹But for someone like me, who isn’t very good at communication, my guests help me grow as a person.To my repeat guests who stay with me at my own pace — I can’t thank you enough.Thank you for always giving me wonderful time and for accepting my little selfishness.I’ll keep chasing more “ero” to make you smile 😹and I’ll also keep trying to grow as a human being.This year, I’m planning the biggest challenge of my life.I never really accomplished something big when I was a student — I started working very young.I didn’t go to college, and I even left high school early.There is only one thing I can truly say I worked hard for, but I’ll keep that a secret here… 😹And honestly, that wasn’t even something I chose — it was something I couldn’t avoid.So this will be the first time I decide, on my own, to go after something seriously.Because of this challenge, I may not be able to work at THC as often.And if things go well and my days become busy, I might even leave someday.Nothing is decided yet, but I hope you will watch over me kindly.This message got really long…Is anyone still reading? 😹😹😹If you made it this far, I might cry with happiness… 😹😹😹So let’s enjoy this year together.My next shift is January 14, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM!It’s my first time posting it here, so there are still plenty of slots open (as of Jan 3).I’ll also be working on other days, so please ask the staff at THC for details.Thank you always for reading.See you soon.Shizuku 🐱…
